ORES SOCIMI [MAB:YORE] has signed a EUR 140m loan agreement with ING Bank and ING Bank España to continue investing in assets. In this way, the company will add this amount to the EUR 86m that it invested in the acquisition of six stores in Portugal at the beginning of 2018. The conclusion of this credit facilities agreement entailes the replacement of the previous credit facility agreement (bridge-loan agreement) of EUR 80m (see related transaction). With the new financing, ORES SOCIMI prepares for the acquisition of new assets in Spain and Portugal. |
