M&A transactions have forever been an area of extreme interest for experts, professionals and academics focusing on the wide-ranging world of M&A. The 'M&A Handbook - Iberian Market' aims to make a contribution towards improving the available information on Spanish and Portuguese M&A. We have created a comprehensive, in-depth, objective guide which provides all of the information in a user-friendly manner. This includes a chapter on the general 'Transactions' market (large, mid-cap and small-cap market), one on the 'Entities' involved (banks, financial and legal advisers, and audit/consultancy firms) and another covering all of the industry 'Sectors and Sub-sectors'. Private equity investments and exits are also covered across all chapters.The M&A Handbook is a result of local research and market analysis by TTR's Research and Business Intelligence team. Our team follows the transactional markets that are analysed in the Handbook at a local level, in local language, and on a daily basis - researching transactional and financial data by contacting all of the market players, collecting their input and cross-checking and analysing it throughout the entire year.
