According to the Transactional Track Record Annual Report, in partnership with LexisNexis and TozziniFreire Advogados, 1096 transactions were registered from January to December 2017, up 5.69% from last year. Out of these, 483 had their values revealed, adding up to BRL 194,93bn, a 4.4% growth over the total number of deals in 2016.

Brazil - November 2017

According to the Transactional Track Record Monthly Report, the Brazilian market closed November with 76 deals, a 20% decrease compared to the same month of 2016. Of these, 32 had their values revealed adding up to BRL 4.09 bn, a sharp fall of 66.94% when compared to the same period of the previous year. The deals involving Brazilian companies moved, during the year, BRL 169.19 bn, a 3.39% growth compared to the same period last year. In number of deal, 975 transactions were registered from January to November, up 5.63% compared to the same months of 2016.
