According to Transactional Track Record's February M&A Report, the first two months of the year in the Brazilian market close with a 32% decrease in the number of transactions, compared with the same period of 2019. The same type of analysis is available on the pages allocated to Private Equity and to Venture Capital, as well as details on which sectors attracted a greater number of investments. Meanwhile, the section dedicated to the cross-border segment presents the most appealing sectors for foreign capital, as well as the country of origin of those investments.
