The results of July consolidate Brazil's leadership in the M&A scenario in Latin American. According to the Transactional Track Record Monthly Report, in partnership with LexisNexis and TozziniFreire Advogados, since the beginning of the year 389 domestic deals have been registered in the domestic market, while Argentina, the country that presented the second best result, registered 68.
