According to TTR - Transactional Track Record's monthly M&A Report, though October recorded the fewest number of transactions of the last 12 months, the Brazilian transactional market remains on an upward tendency YTD, compared with the same period of 2017.The same type of analysis is available on the pages allocated to Private Equity and to Venture Capital, which registered greater dynamism.
