In 2015, the Colombian transactional market was particularly active throughout the year, with 181 deals recorded and an aggregate value of approximately USD 7.54bn, becoming the fourth most active country in Latin America.
In the second semester of 2015, 89 transactions were carried out in Colombia, equivalent to an 8.54% increase, compared with the same period last year, and an aggregate value of approximately USD 4.57bn.
In terms of sectors, the financial and insurance was the most active last year, with 32 deals registered, followed by distribution and retail with 16 transactions.
