According to Transactional Track Record's Monthly M&A Report, the number of registered transactions and moved capital in 1Q18 recorded a decrease, compared with the same period of 2017. The report provides a complete analysis correlating the market's most active sectors, as well as the most prominent transactions of the cross-border segment, where the volume of acquisitions made by Germany-based companies stands out. In the overview of the Iberian market, the report presents a monthly analysis of the last two years, where it is possible to assay the M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital segments since 2016.

De acordo com o Relatório do primeiro trimestre de M&A do TTR - Transactional Track Record, o mercado de fusões e aquisições português apresentou nestes três primeiros meses de 2018 menor dinamismo na atividade transacional em relação ao mesmo período de 2017.
