SPAIN

According to TTR Data's Quarterly Report, there were 1,338 transactions worth a combined EUR 34.71bn in Spain in the first half of 2023. The report provides a complete analysis of the most prominent cross-border transactions and the sectors undergoing most consolidation, led by Real Estate with 322 deals. PORTUGAL

TTR Data´s 2Q M&A Report contains a breakdown of 263 deals announced in 2023. The report also provides updated data on different aspects of the Portuguese M&A market, where Spain-based buyers led inbound investments. Spain was the preferred destination for outbound deals led by Portugal-based companies.
