In 2015, the Mexican transactional market registered a 4.17% increase in investment volume, compared with the previous year, which generated approximately USD 35.30bn. Although the number of deals recorded, in 2015, were 303, compared with 337, in 2014.

In terms of quarters, a total of 69 deals were recorded in the fourth quarter of 2015, which generated approximately USD 3.16bn. Out of these transactions, 42 were assets, two were venture capital and four were private equity deals.
