A&O, Freshfields lawyers lead Spain YTD TTR dealmakers ranking by deal value
Two Allen & Overy lawyers, followed by two lawyers from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, lead the July year-to-date TTR partner-level dealmakers legal advisors ranking by total value of transactions in Spain
Two Allen & Overy partners lead the Transactional Track Record (TTR) ranking dated July 2021 YTD, with Corporate/M&A partner Íñigo del Val (pictured left) in the first position with €12.3 billion from 13 deals, also leading the table by number of deals. He is followed by his colleague Fernando Torrente (pictured top centre) with €10.7 billion in 10 deals, also a Corporate/M&A partner.
Freshfields partner Armando Albarrán (pictured top right) and of counsel Ignacio Borrego (pictured bottom centre) share the third position, accumulating €10.3 billion in 4 deals, both from the firm´s Global Transactions group (encompassing Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Finance and Real Estate) in Spain, headed by Albarrán.
