The monthly Transactional Track Record (TTR) report, which reveals which were the leading law firms and legal advisors in the main M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Asset Acquisition transactions, informed that the Brazilian transactional market registered, from January to October, a total of 1981 transactions and moved BRL 435.3 billion.

In relation to the number of transactions, Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados led with 90 transactions. In value, Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados was ahead, accounting for a total of BRL 143.7bn.

Other important data from the report informs that the United States is the country that has invested the most in Brazil, with 183 acquisitions. Investments in startups by foreign Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds grew 25%. Among the most active sectors of the year, the Technology sector stands out, with 733 operations.
