EJASO invoices 23.3 million euros by 2023

EJASO, a law firm specializing in business law for the middle market, has achieved remarkable success in its 40th anniversary, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to growth and national expansion. Over the past seven years, the firm has doubled its turnover, reaching €23.3 million in revenue in 2023.

Part of the success of the firm lies in its territorial capillarity and now they have 12 offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, A Coruña, Córdoba, Valencia, Vigo, Seville and Zaragoza, and has made it into the top 10 Andalusian law firms in terms of turnover.

Its strong national presence is complemented by a strong international presence, as a result of which its French desk was created. Over the years, it has also consolidated a solid network of best friends and alliances at European level and joined the Alianza Legal de Firmas de Abogados en Latinoamérica (ALL).

This achievement underscores the success of the generational transition the firm underwent in 2021, which saw the founding partners hand over the reins to an executive committee comprising Manuel González-Haba, José Luis de Navasqüés, Gonzalo Grandes, and Juan Enrique Altimis. Under their leadership, the firm has flourished, boasting 43 partners and over 250 professionals.

“Together, we are charting a course for continued growth and success,” said Manuel González-Haba, Managing Partner of the Corporate Law department and a member of the executive committee. “Our strategic plan focuses on both organic and strategic growth, allowing us to maintain our position as a leader in the middle market while expanding our reach nationally and internationally.”

Disciplines such as ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) or innovation, where the Innovative Business & Venture Capital department has boosted and catapulted the firm to the top 10 firms by number of Venture Capital transactions in Spain, according to the annual Transactional Track Record (TTR) ranking.

Juan Enrique Altimis, Managing Partner of the Tax department and a member of the executive committee, emphasized the importance of profitability in sustaining the firm’s growth. “While revenue is important, profitability is our true measure of success. By leveraging technology, knowledge management, and specialization, we aim to achieve sustainable growth and maintain our position as a market leader,” he explained.
