JPMorgan, AZ Capital, Credit Suisse, Santander y Lazard They are the top five advisers in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) in 2021, according to Transactional Track Record (TTR). These five entities have mobilized acquisition operations, taking a stake in another company or corporate operation with a minimum value above 2,400 million euros and have reached more than 8,500 million euros in JPMorgan.

The Spanish market in mergers and acquisitions does not stop growing and in the first half of this year it has mobilized more than 30,000 million euros, according to the latest report from the financial technology platform TTR. Managers Bunge, Castellanos, Colina, Isasi and Lucaya control large M&A operations in Spain from the big international and national brands.

The ranking of operations, based on the total value of transactions in the first half of 2021, is led by JPMorgan. The entity that presides over Spain and Portugal Ignacio de la Colina has reached 8,572 million euros in six mergers and acquisitions (acronym for ‘Mergers and Acquistions’).
