Law firms leading Q1 Renewables M&A market
Cuatrecasas, Baker McKenzie and Linklaters lead the 2022 first quarter renewable energy M&A market in Spain by deal value, with Gómez-Acebo & Pombo ranked first by number of deals. Souce: TTR
According to information released by Market Intelligence platform TTR, the Spain's 2022 first quarter Renewable Energy M&A market advice in Spain was led by Cuatrecasas, with an aggregate deal value of €1.1 billion, closely followed by Baker McKenzie and Linklaters with slightly more than €1.06 billion.
Allen & Overy is ranked fourth with €570 million followed by Watson Farley & Williams with €400million. The list is completed with Andersen, Freshfields, Latham & Watkins, Uría Menéndez and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, with the latter leading by number of deals with 5 transactions.
