PLMJ leads national ranking of TTR in number of transactions
The Transactional Track Record (TTR) released the 2019 annual report and PLMJ emerges as the leading national company in legal advice for the largest number of M&A transactions, maintaining its position since 2016.
With a total of 35 transactions, PLMJ thus registered an increase compared to 2018, with 1/3 of its transactions focused on the energy sector. With a value of approximately one billion euros, only 6 of the 35 operations had their value publicly disclosed.
“This excellent result is a reflection of PLMJ's commitment to the Corporate M&A area in 2019”, says Diogo Perestrelo, co-coordinating partner in the Corporate M&A area.
Also in the annual report of TTR, Duarte Schmidt Lino appears at the top of lawyers responsible for advising the largest number of transactions, in what is one of the reference rankings for the M&A sector.
