Transactions in Peru decreased by 36% in 2020

The total aggregate value of transactions has dropped more than 83%

According to Transactional Track Record (TTR) platform, the number of transactions in Peru in 2020 decreased by 36% compared to 2019. The total number of trades was 95, in comparison from 149 of the previous year. Thus extends the tendency of each one of the quarters of the year. (See table below).

More alarming is the notorious dropping in the number of deals. The value of the transactions is 83.29% lower than the past year. $1.396 million is the total value of the transactions registered in 2020. 2019 closed with a total aggregate of more than $12223 million. 

The United States remains as the origin of most of the investments in Colombia. But the target country for Chilean investors is the neighbour Peru.
