According to Transactional Track Record's August M&A Report, from January to August there was a 21,5% increase in total aggregate value compared with the same period of 2018. The same type of analysis is available on the pages allocated to Private Equity and Venture Capital, which also registered a higher volume of investment. Meanwhile, the section dedicated to the cross-border segment presents the most attractive sectors for foreign capital, as well as the countries of origin of those investments. The league tables in the last pages of the report reflect the activity of the legal and financial advisors, based on transactions announced in 2019 YTD.
