In November, the Brazilian transactional Market registered 76 deals, both announced and closed, and an investment volume of approximately BRL 30.6bn, taking into account deals with disclosed values.

Compared with the same period last year, there was an increase of approximately 5% in the number of deals recorded. Out of 76 transactions registered in November, eight involved acquisitions of Brazilian companies by US-based acquirers, which is equivalent to the number recorded in November 2014.
