Según el informe mensual de M&A de TTR - Transactional Track Record, el mercado de fusiones y adquisiciones en España ha contabilizado en los dos primeros meses de 2020 un total de 329 transacciones y un capital movilizado de EUR 6.988m. El informe presenta, además, un análisis completo y correlacional de las transacciones más destacadas del ámbito cross-border, así como de los sectores más activos del mercado, donde por el momento destaca el sector inmobiliario, con 84 operaciones. En relación con el Capital Riesgo, tanto el segmento de Private Equity como el de Venture Capital han registrado una desaceleración, tanto en número de operaciones como en capital movilizado, respecto al año anterior. Se incluyen también las league tables, que reflejan la actividad de los asesores jurídicos y financieros, teniendo en cuenta las transacciones anunciadas en 2020.

PORTUGAL

According to Transactional Track Record's February 2020 M&A Report, the volume of mergers and acquisitions in the first two months of the year in the Portuguese market totaled 52 deals, down 12% compared with the same period of 2019. On the pages allocated to the cross-border sphere, the analyses correlating the foreign countries that invest in Portugal and the sub-sectors targeted by these investments reflect that Spain-based companies retain their increasing interest in Portugal-based companies, with five deals so far this year. Meanwhile, the Venture Capital segment registered a total of EUR 23m. The league tables on the last pages of the report reflect the activity of the legal and financial advisors, based on transactions announced in 2020 YTD.
