Según el informe mensual de M&A de TTR - Transactional Track Record, el mercado de fusiones y adquisiciones en España ha contabilizado hasta julio un total de 1.327 transacciones y un capital movilizado de EUR 44.627m. El informe presenta, además, un análisis completo y correlacional de las transacciones más destacadas del ámbito cross-border, así como de los sectores más activos del mercado, lo que permite concluir que el sector inmobiliario continúa siendo el más activo del año, con 360 operaciones. En relación con el Capital Riesgo, tanto el segmento de Private Equity como el de Venture Capital han registrado una desaceleración, en términos de número de operaciones, respecto al mismo período del año anterior. Se incluyen también, las league tables, que reflejan la actividad de los asesores jurídicos y financieros, teniendo en cuenta las transacciones anunciadas en 2019.

According to Transactional Track Record's July 2019 M&A Report, from January to July there was a 7% increase in the volume of mergers and acquisitions compared with the same period of 2018. Meanwhile, the section dedicated to the cross-border segment presents analyses correlating the foreign countries investing in Portugal and the sub-sectors of those investments, which shows Spain-based companies retain an increasing interest in Portugal-based companies, with 27 transactions registered in the period. Additionally, the Venture Capital sector recorded transactions with an aggregate value of EUR 200m. Finally, the league tables in the last pages of the report reflect the activity of the legal and financial advisors, based on transactions announced in 2019 YTD.
