There were 117 deals in Mexico, worth a combined USD 3.98bn, according to the fourth monthly report in 2022 of TTR - Transactional Track Record.

The report provides quarterly analysis of the Mexican M&A market, and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the banking and investment, and Internet sector led venture capital investments in the country.
