The Mexican M&A market registered 21 transactions in November 2017, of which 11 have a combined non-confidential deal value of USD 1.79bn. These figures represent a decrease of 25% in the number of transactions and of 76.07% in their value, compared with the same period of 2016. In sector terms, Real Estate and Distribution and Retail registered the most transactions in the month, with 8 and 3 deals, respectively.
