There were 2,210 transactions worth a combined EUR 116.46bn in Spain in 2020, according to Transactional Track Record's 4Q20 Quarterly Report. The report provides a complete analysis of the most prominent cross-border transactions, as well as the sectors undergoing most consolidation, led by Real Estate with 471 deals over the course of the year. Private Equity transactions fell in numer relative to 2019, while Venture Capital deals picked up slightly, the 4Q20 report indicates. The league tables in the final pages of the report contain a ranking of the leading legal and financial advisors, based on transactions announced throughout 2020.

O Relatório de Fusões e Aquisições do 4T2020 do Transactional Track Record cobrindo Portugal indica uma queda de 22% no volume de transações em comparação com 2019.
