The deal value was EUR 445.5m. On the other hand, several Spanish companies are divesting non-strategic assets in order to improve their cash flow. Iberdrola sold, through Iberdrola Renovables Energía, a 75% stake in Polish company Iberdrola Renewables Polska to Polish energy companies Energa Hydro and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna. The deal value was EUR 202.55m. Furthermore, Sacyr Concesiones, a subsidiary of Sacyr, sold a 35% stake in Autopistas del Sol, to Glovalvía Infraestructuras, for EUR 103.3m.

By market segment and deals with disclosed values, the smaller market was the most active, followed by mid and high-end markets.
