According to Transactional Track Record's monthly M&A Report, the moved capital during the first eleven months of the year is higher to the one registered in the same period of 2017, though the number of transactions is still slightly lower in 2018. The report also provides updated data on the Private Equity and Venture Capital segments, on the interaction of Spain-based companies with foreign players, and on the sectoral structure of investments, among other topics. Additionally, it includes information on the most important transactions of the month, as well as rankings of the activity of the legal and financial advisors.

De acordo com o Relatório de M&A de novembro de 2018 do TTR - Transactional Track Record, o mercado de fusões e aquisições apresentou uma forte desacelação em novembro que impactou negativamente nos números do acumulado do ano. Nas páginas dedicadas ao âmbido cross-border, as análises de correlação entre países estrangeiros investindo em Portugal e os subsetores alvo destes investimentos, permite constatar que as empresas com sede nos Estados Unidos contunuam com interesse crescente por empresas portuguesas. Porém as empresas espanholas contunam no topo da lista como as que mais investem em Portugal. As league tables, nas últimas páginas do relatório, refletem a atividade dos assessores jurídicos e financeiros, tendo em conta as transações anunciadas em 2018 year to date.
